Please be advised that due to a severe weather event on the east coast of Australia, there will be major service disruptions in general throughout NSW and South East Queensland.
We are monitoring the situation and will be doing our best to provide the best possible outcomes.
The following areas remain on watch with delays of at least 24 hours expected:
- South East QLD including Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast
- Mid-West NSW (Bathurst)
- Central Coast NSW
- South Coast NSW
Depots have been impacted by staff shortages as people deal with local flooding. Service delays are also expected in general throughout NSW and South East Queensland.

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all purchases over $75. A flat rate of $10 will apply for orders under $75.
No, unfortunately we do not ship to P.O Boxes or parcel lockers.
We ship using the iCumulus network which has an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days for Metropolitan areas & 7 to10 business days for rural areas.
Orders placed before 11am Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11am will ship no later than next business day.
