How many shoes can I clean with one Crep Protect Kit?
One kit is all you need to clean up to 50 pairs of shoes.

Can one brush really be safe to use on any and all materials?
Yes it can. We put the brush through years of research and development and came up with something that is safe to use on all shoe materials.

Can this clean Suede or Nubuck materials?
Yes, take caution not to use excessive water and brush carefully. Note that dyed suede can bleed, which means you should avoid getting them wet at all. We recommend always testing first in an inconspicuous area for this bleed.

After using Crep Protect Cleaner, how long will it take my shoes to dry?
We recommend letting them dry for 24 hours.

What is the cleaning solution made?
The solution is made from 98% natural ingredients, including coconut, jojoba, and water.

Is there a difference between the Wipes and the Cure Cleaning Kit?
The Wipes are intended for a quick touch up, but if you’re looking for a full, deeper clean, then The Cleaning Kit is what you need.

Are Crep Protect Wipes just baby wipes in fancy packaging?
Good question with an even better answer – no way. CP Wipes are made using our own, patented Cure formula and have a dappled side that make them the complete opposite of baby wipes.

Can the rougher side of the Wipes damage the material of my shoes?
These wipes are great for touching up leather and foxing on all sneakers, and won’t damage those materials.

Can I use Crep Protect Wipes on suede and nubuck?
You can, but only gently and on non-stubborn stains. If the stain is too deep, using the Wipes too hard can affect the material.

Do Crep Protect Wipes work on black scuffmarks?
They absolutely do.

If I’ve used CP Spray on shoes, do the Wipes remove the protective layer?
Yes they will, so we suggest you either use the Wipes first, or reapply the Spray after you’ve used the Wipes.

How does it work?
The capsule contains nShield properties which make work of odours by attacking bacteria. Zeolite particles will absorb moisture, while the light fragrance is the closest thing to that new crep smell.

How big is the pill?
The pill is 9cm long and 3cm wide and will fit most shoes.

How long do I leave it active in my shoe?
You can leave it in for as long as you feel it’s necessary – just make sure that when you’re done, twist the capsule closed.

How can I use this?
The Pen is multi purpose and can be used either for customisation or for restoring the white look of mid soles that cannot be cleaned.

How many coats do you recommend to use?
For all circumstances we advise two coats. give the first layer 15 minutes to dry.

Will this paint flake off over time?
Oil based pens are designed to be very durable compared to Water based designs.

In what cases is this effective for restoration?
Particularly boost midsoles as when these yellow over time and due to their absorbent nature are often stubborn when attempting to clean off mud. Our White Mark On will restore the colour to factory white.

Is there anything special about these laces?
Yes – Crep Protect technology infused within the fibres of the laces to ensure maximum pre-treated protection.

How long does this protection last?
Typically this protection lasts up to 10 washes.

I see multiple options of laces – is there any difference in performance?
No, we have designed multiple variations of Laces to ensure customers can choose the right model to match their shoe.

What materials should I use this on?
We advise only using these on Suede & Nubuck uppers as this is designed for that purpose.This is also effective for mid sole cleaning.

What makes this work well on Suede?
Suede materials may not react well with water, rendering traditional cleaning methods unusable. Rather, The Erasers with its crumb-like particles easily lift dirt and stains from the material.

How do I effectively use this?
The Eraser is designed coarse in order to effectively lift off stains, so follow the instructions and in particular refrain from rubbing excessively, rather work slowly whilst checking your results.

What size shoes do these insoles fit?
The Gel Insoles are in standard UK sizing and come in an array of options - from 3.5-4.5 through to size 11-12.

What shoes are these insoles designed for?
The Ultimate Gel Insoles will fit in all styles and brands of footwear. There is no limit to which style The Ultimate Gel Insoles can be used for. Whether you need them for a pair of Jordans or Yeezys, the gel insoles will fit.

Can I cut the insoles to fit my size?
Yes, you can. The Ultimate Gel Insoles can be cut to fit your size and there is a dedicated cutting guide on the underneath of the insole that you can use should you need to trim them to size.

Are there different insoles for men and women?
The Ultimate Gel Insoles are unisex and have been manufactured from size UK3-UK12.

Can I wash the insoles?
The Ultimate Gel Insoles are not machine washable. Should you need to clean your insoles, wipe them with a warm soapy cloth and let them dry before putting them back in your shoes.

What technology is used?
We have three types of insoles. Each uses a different type of Poron open-cell technology to target different purposes

Which insole is best for me?
It depends on your lifestyle.
Comfort – with Poron Comfort technology for everyday use. Very soft.
Impact – with Poron Xrd protection making them great for shock absorption. Think skateboarding or basketball.
Sport – with Poron vive technology to redirect force away from the foot. For powerful push-offs and quick movements.

What sizes do these come in?
Our new insoles have guide lines for you to shape them perfectly to your shoe size.

How do these protect my sneakers?
The black design was made with UV protection panels which prevents sunlight discolouration – key for any sneakerhead. Also the method gives dust-free storage.

What are the measurements?
L: 35.5 x B: 28 x H: 18 (cm). These can fit typically up to a US13 pair of shoes.

How durable are these?
They are designed to be extremely durable with strength of up to 100kg, ensuring easy stacking of a full collection.

Will I have to replace the down the line?
Everything about these are designed to make it last. In particular we added magnetic closing to avoid the wear and tear of a typical door.
